Start

With our call forwarding service, your company will be provided with a dedicated business number with the area code of your choosing. The number can be permanently forwarded to the mobile or landline number you specify. When your client rings your dedicated phone line, they pay the standard carrier rate.

Business

With our call answering service, your company will be provided with a dedicated business phone number with the area code of your choosing. The phone will be answered in your company name by our friendly reception team and the call can then be directed to your mobile, landline or company voicemail. If you are unavailable for whatever reason, a note of your call is taken by our team and forwarded to you via email. When we forward the call to you, you pay the standard forwarding charges laid out above.

Pro

With our call answering service, your company will be provided with a dedicated business phone number with the area code of your choosing. The phone will be answered in your company name by our friendly reception team and the call can then be directed to your mobile, landline or company voicemail. If you are unavailable for whatever reason, a note of your call is taken by our team and forwarded to you via email. When we forward the call to you, you pay the standard forwarding charges laid out above. We also include diary management/appointment setting with the Pro package where we would use your existing software to create an appointment with your client/customer.

Q. Is there a minimum contracted term?

A. No. Once you sign up you go on a rolling monthly contract and can cancel anytime without any penalty

Q. How much notice do I need to give if I want to cancel our agreement?

A. 30 days notice is required

Q. Can you provide me with multiple numbers?

A. Yes absolutely. We can provide you with as many as you like. We also give great discounts for multiple numbers. Be sure to contact our team before signing up and we will provide you with a custom quote

Q. Can you provide me with 1800/1850 numbers?

A. Yes absolutely. These are more expensive than traditional landline numbers but get in touch with our team and we will be happy to provide you with a custom quote

Q. Is there a fair usage policy?

A. No. However, if it gets to the point where the amount of calls being answered by our team is deemed excessive, we will contact you to discuss possible options

Q. How do I pay?

A. The flat fee of €19/€99/€199 per month is collected via Direct Debit. Any applicable additional charges such as call forwarding charges can then be invoiced separately
